The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed Proposals for the Lease of Property known as “Coxheath” Sherwood Content, Trelawny, comprising 35.312 Hectares (87.19Acres).

An Information Package may be collected from the Regional Lands Officer (Western), during the period May 14, 2012 – June 11, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday,  at the National Land Agency, Western Regional Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$2,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier. 

Completed Proposals along with the completed application form must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labeled “Proposal for Lease of “Coxheath” Sherwood Content, Trelawny, and must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Estate Management Division, National Land Agency, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2012.

Opening of Proposals will take place at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 in the Conference Room at 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to attend.

THE NATIONAL LAND AGENCY/COMMISSIONER OF LANDS SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED.
