The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed applications for the lease of property known as “Land Part of Hague & Clifton, Trelawny”, for commercial purposes.
An Information Package may be collected from the Regional Administrator, during the period January 23, 2017 – February 13, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, at the National Land Agency’s West Region Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$2,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.
Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.
Application Forms along with a Business Plan (to include a Development Proposal for the Site) must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled “Land Part of Hague & Clifton, Trelawny”, along with:
· copy of a valid and up-to-date Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC), if not expired (for companies); OR
· copy of Tax Registration Number (TRN) Card AND a copy of photo identification e.g. Driver’s Licence, Passport or National Identification (for individuals)
and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Area, the National Land Agency’s West Region Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017.
Opening of applications will take place at 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 in the Conference Room at 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to attend.
The NATIONAL LAND AGENCY/COMMISSIONER OF LANDS SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO ACCEPT ANY OFFER RECEIVED
