The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed applications for the sale of property known as “Land Part of Florence Hall, Trelawny”, for commercial purposes.
An Information Package may be collected from the Regional Administrator, West Region Office, during the period August 14, 2017 – September 8, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, at the National Land Agency’s West Region Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$2,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.
Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.
Application Forms must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled “Land Part of Florence Hall, Trelawny”, along with:
and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Area, the National Land Agency’s West Region Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017.
Opening of applications will take place at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in the Conference Room at 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to attend.
The NATIONAL LAND AGENCY/COMMISSIONER OF LANDS SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO ACCEPT ANY OFFER RECEIVED.
