Sale of Properties: Lands Part of Rhymesbury 2 Land Settlement, Clarendon

The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed Applications for the purchase of properties known as “Lands Part of Rhymesbury 2 Land Settlement, Clarendon”, for residential/agricultural purposes

Note that an application may be submitted to acquire only one (1) lot.

An Information Package may be collected from the Senior Lands Officer, during the period Monday, June 12, 2017 to Friday, June 30, 2017 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 pm on Friday, at the National Land Agency, Estate Management Division’s office (Clarendon RADA Office), 2 Georges Street, Denbigh, May Pen, Clarendon, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of J$500.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the Senior Lands Officer. 

Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.

Completed Application Forms must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope, indicating the lot of interest and labelled “Application to purchase “Lot ___ Rhymesbury 2 Land Settlement, Clarendon, along with:

  • a copy of a Certificate of Registration (for companies); OR
  • copy of Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Card or Slip AND a copy of a photo identification, e.g. Driver’s Licence, Passport or National Identification (for individuals),   

and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located at the National Land Agency, Estate Management Division (Clarendon RADA Office), 2 Georges Street, Denbigh, May Pen, Clarendon no later than 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2017.

Opening of Applications will take place at 2:15 p.m. on Monday, July 3, 2017 in the Rural Agricultural Development Agency’s (RADA) Conference Room located at 2 Georges Street, Denbigh, May Pen, Clarendon, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives and applicants who choose to attend.

The NATIONAL LAND AGENCY/COMMISSIONER OF LANDS SHALL NOT BE BOUND TO ACCEPT ANY PROPOSAL RECEIVED.
