Introducing the National Land Agency’s “Live Web Chat Support Service”
Commencing Wednesday, March 28, 2012
The National Land Agency (NLA) will commence its new “Live Web Chat Support Service” via the Agency’s Corporate website on Wednesday, March 28, 2012.
The Live Web Chat Service will be available via our website at www.nla.gov.jm and can be accessed by clicking on the following icon located on the home page.
This service will give our eLandjamaica customers and other users (local and overseas) access to real-time text based conversations with an available Customer Service agent.
The service will be available Mondays to Thursdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on Fridays 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The implementation of this online chat application, will assist not only in the communication between the NLA and its customers, but also provide greater efficiency in the handling of eLandjamaica matters and any other NLA related enquiries.
