Over the eight weeks (8) this course has provided invaluable insight and history of Land Registration, Conveyance and Land Ownership.  The course was comprehensive, and the hands on training were great. The experience and the walk through were excellent.

The presenters from various departments are vastly Knowledgeable and delivered and displayed high levels of professionalism throughout the course.

Having now completed the workshop, I now have a better understanding of Land Ownership e.g. bringing land under the RTA, easements, restrictive covenants, leasing, strata, mortgage, vesting applications, survey and mapping.

I certainly have a high and new appreciation for the volume and quality of work by the staff of NLA. Jamaicans need to know the value of work and service you all are giving.

My only regret is that I will not be given 10 credits, but I do hope that the NLA team will consider this course accredited.

I highly recommend this workshop to anyone who has to interact with NLA.
