Under the direction of the Senior Auditor, the Auditor examines transaction, records and documents both financial and operational to determine compliance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations, policies and rules; reports on internal controls and where necessary, recommends appropriate measures to be taken.
To collect and record on behalf of the Agency, all payments for services offered and ensure the safe custody and prompt lodgment of these payments in accordance with the FAA Acts, Its Regulations and Instructions as well as the Agency’s Policies and Procedures.

Job Purpose
To manage the valuation activities at the regional level inclusive of the maintenance of the Valuation Roll and the provision of value added and related services to Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) and landowners.
Evaluates and audits service delivery and quality standards of the work of Customer Service, Call Centre Service and Mapping Officers engaged in providing information on products and services in a timely manner.
To maintain the cadastral index thus improving information to support the daily operation of Land Titles, Estate Management and Land Valuation Divisions.
Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience:
Certificate in an Earth Related Science programme or Drafting Technology
