SALE OF PROPERTY – “LOT 431 LLANDILO PEN, WESTMORELAND”

The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed offers for the purchase of property known as “Lot 431 Llandilo Pen, Westmoreland”, for commercial purposes (no permanent structure should be constructed on the site).

APPLICANTS must purchase an Information Package, which provides further details on the requirements for submission of applications for the property, from the Regional Administrator, West Region Office, during the period Wednesday May 27, 2026 – Wednesday June 10, 2026 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Friday, at the National Land Agency’s West Region Office, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of JA$3,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.

Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that bid from participating in the tender/application process.

A completed Application Form indicating the amount offered must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled “Offer to purchase “Lot 431 Llandilo Pen, Westmoreland”, along with:

1. Companies (must be in good standing)

A valid/current copy of its Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Jamaica AND a copy of an up-to-date (unexpired) Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC);

2. Individuals

 A copy of their Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Card, Letter or Slip AND a copy of a current/valid Government issued photo identification, specifically, a Driver’s Licence, Passport or National Identification Card      

and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Area, the National Land Agency, 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica, no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday June 11, 2026.

Opening of offers will take place at 2:15 p.m. on Thursday June 11, 2026, in the Conference Room at 3 Federal Avenue, Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica, in the presence of the Agency’s representatives. Please note that only one (1) representative per applicant will be allowed; up to a maximum of Five (5) persons.
