The National Land Agency/Commissioner of Lands invites sealed Applications for the purchase of property known as Land Part of Mount Olive, St. Catherine, for agricultural purposes.

APPLICANTS must purchase an Information Package, which provides further details on the requirements for submission of applications for the property, from the Administrator, Estate Management Division, during the period Friday May 29, 2026 – Monday June 15, 2026 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Friday, at the National Land Agency’s Estate Management Division, 20 North Street, Kingston after the payment of a non-refundable fee of JA$3,000.00, payable in Manager’s Cheque or cash to the cashier.

 Note: Failure to directly purchase the Information Package from the National Land Agency will result in ineligibility/non-responsiveness of that applicant from participating in the application process.         

A completed Application Form along with a Proposal in the form of a Business/Farm Plan must be submitted in a plain, sealed envelope and labelled “Application to Purchase “Land Part of Mount Olive, St. Catherine”. along with:

  1. Companies (must be in good standing)

A valid/current copy of its Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Office of the Registrar of Companies, Jamaica AND a copy of an up-to-date (unexpired) Tax Compliance Letter (TCL) or Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC);

  1. Individuals

 A copy of their Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN) Card, Letter or Slip AND a copy of a current/valid Government issued photo identification, specifically, a Driver’s Licence, Passport or National Identification Card      

and MUST be deposited in the Tender Box located in the Customer Service Area, Estate Management Division, National Land Agency, 20 North Street, Kingston no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 16, 2026.

Opening of the Applications will take place at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday June 16, 2026, in the Conference Room at the Estate Management Division, National Land Agency, 20 North Street, Kingston in the presence of the Agency’s representatives. Please note that only one (1) representative per applicant will be allowed; up to a maximum of Five (5) persons.
